1Day 1 - Delhi to Agra – Mughal Marvels
Depart from Delhi early in the morning and drive to Agra, a journey of approximately 3-4 hours. Upon arrival, visit the Taj Mahal, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, and admire its breathtaking beauty. After lunch, explore the Agra Fort, a UNESCO World Heritage site that showcases Mughal grandeur. Later, take a stroll through the local markets for handicrafts and marble souvenirs. 2Day 2 - Agra to Lucknow – The City of Nawabs
After breakfast, embark on a road journey to Lucknow, which takes around 5-6 hours. On arrival, check into your hotel and relax. In the evening, visit the Bara Imambara, an architectural marvel built by Nawab Asaf-ud-Daula, known for its incredible maze-like corridors. Later, take a walk near the Rumi Darwaza, an iconic gateway that reflects Lucknow’s rich heritage. End the day with a taste of authentic Lucknowi kebabs before heading back to your hotel. 3Day 3 - Exploring Lucknow’s Heritage & Cuisine
Begin your day with a visit to Chota Imambara, a beautifully decorated monument that glows like a palace when lit up at night. Continue to the British Residency, a historical site from the Revolt of 1857, offering glimpses into India’s colonial past. Enjoy a traditional Awadhi lunch, then spend your afternoon shopping for Chikankari embroidery and handicrafts at Hazratganj Market. In the evening, visit Ambedkar Memorial Park, a grand architectural marvel. Enjoy another round of Lucknow’s famous street food before returning to your hotel. Overnight stay in Lucknow.
4Day 4 - LLucknow to Varanasi – The Spiritual Capital
After breakfast, embark on a scenic 5-6 hour drive to Varanasi, one of the world’s oldest living cities. On arrival, check into your hotel and unwind. In the evening, witness the Ganga Aarti at Dashashwamedh Ghat, a mesmerizing ritual where priests perform synchronized prayers with fire lamps. Take a peaceful stroll along the ghats and soak in the spiritual atmosphere. End the day with a traditional Banarasi dinner. Overnight stay in Varanasi.
5Day 5 - Varanasi – Temples, Ghats & Sarnath
Wake up early for a sunrise boat ride on the Ganges, a magical experience as the city comes to life. After breakfast, visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, one of the most sacred temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. Later, take a short trip to Sarnath, where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. Visit the Dhamek Stupa and the Archaeological Museum. Spend your evening exploring Banaras’ famous silk markets and tasting sweets like Malaiyo and Rabri. Overnight stay in Varanasi.
6Day 6 - Varanasi to Delhi – Final Exploration & Departure
On your last morning in Varanasi, take a relaxed walk along the Assi Ghat, visit the Tulsi Manas Temple, or enjoy a final round of shopping for Banarasi sarees. After breakfast, check out from the hotel and head to the airport or railway station for your return journey to Delhi.
